For anyone looking to add a remote control dimmer switch for their home cinema lighting setup, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Futronix P400...
I was looking for a unit which would control 50W downlighters on the ceiling, 2 uplighters on either side of the screen, and 2 banks of sidewall lights. Another necessity was the ability for the system to be compatible with the Philips Pronto remote.
I had a scout on the web and came across the P400, which fulfilled my requirements. Having purchased a chrome unit, I installed it (simple) last week and can now happily dim away to my hearts content in the comfort of the sofa! Good stuff.
