thanks, for posting, that was useful ...

'looks a useful evolution / quality update, too ... the noise cancellation could be helpful (we not infrequently find noise can ruin call clarity, with our iPhone 3Gs) ... ditto the better screen (we sometimes watch TV, live & recorded, via WiFi & EyeTV from an Elgato dual-tuner stick, so the screen resolution improvement will be v.welcome - hopefully there'll be a corresponding EyeTV update soon, to bring export formats into line ...

LMAO at Nokia fan-boy Gary above !

This thing leads the world. Comparing it to some half-cocked, buggy as hell, battery eating, train wreck UI, 20th century hardware, makes you look pretty stupid.

guess the N8 / Symbian 3 will be the Nokia competitor to this new iPhone - due out third quarter, some places, they say - 'though our experience with the E61/ Symbian 60 we had before iPhone wasn't good (UI / features really working / updateability), so not sure ...

Ordered mine at 10pm through a friend who works at one of the mobile operators.

Just as well really, I've just supplied him £1500 worth of surround sound speakers at cost.

I can't see anything about AppleTV though, did I miss it or was it not there at all.
