UMPCs (Ultra Mobile PCs) haven't really done it for us here at Automated Home, until now! This Medion MD RIM 1000 UMPC has a decent Qwerty keyboard that looks like you could actually use it.

Couple with useful extras like a built in webcam, a touchpad and a 4-5 hour battery life, this is a device we could really use. It appears to have been a big hit as the first production run of this £799 device seems to be sold out everywhere, but more are "due soon".
