Today Simplehomenet announced the availability of the EZLQD, wireless liquid detector. This marks Simplehomenet’s second product release in under 30 days. The availability of the EZLQD further drives the EZSnsRF, a long range wireless receiver.

The EZLQD consists of a sensor that detects the presence of liquid, and wirelessly sends an alert to a receiver such as the Simplehomenet EZSnsRF or the Dakota Alert 3000. The unit can be used to detect leaks and unintended liquid accumulation near and around water heaters, A/C condensation pans, laundry rooms, and computer/telephone equiptment rooms.
