We've just received this from CyberSelect... "Thought your readers might like to know that we now have the Rain8 X10 irrigation controller (and software) available from stock. The Rain8 lets you control sprinklers with X10, just as if they were any other appliance. A complete irrigation schedule can be triggered by the reception of a single X10 command. The Rain8 can be configured by directly connecting it to a computer via a spare serial port. To configure the Rain8 you connect it to your computer (Windows or Mac) and run the configuration utility application. This allows you to define the X10 address zone assignments and set the operational mode. www.homeautomation.eu.com
