I have recently had a live demonstration of the up-and-coming Comfort Web InterfACE and it is very impressive. CHC Comfort Home Controls ( Comfort ) have jointly developed the software , a version of Dan Hoehnen's Ace ( Hone ) Product, to control their alarm panel via IP over a LAN or WAN. Comfort users will be pleased to hear that the software produces the HTML for the InterfACE by looking at the .csx file belonging to their system. |

 Welcome to the re-launched "Automated Home UK" website.
Re-branded with an all-new look and feel, the site is now fully interactive. Visitors, manufacturers and suppliers can now add their own stories to the NEWS page.
All the other old favourites are still here like the WIRING GUIDE and the REVIEWS section which currently holds over 60 gadgets from whole-house controllers through all-in-one remote controls to wireless home networks.

The new Merlin Remote... LetsAutomate.com ( Lets Automate ) have just informed me that the new ( Merlin remote ) is giving some major problems on certain types of equipment. Apparently it can learn basic functions like Power, Play etc but it has difficulties with other more complex codes. |

I have now registered HomeSeer. I highly recommend this software to all CM12U users. It will turn your inexpensive computer interface into a very powerful device, adding IF, THEN, ELSE logic (and IR capabilities with the addition of the PC-Remote)... |
