Merlin is a backlit LCD touchscreen remote control, plus it also has a full numeric keypad, along with a "joystick", and coloured buttons for use with teletext. It can control up to 10 devices. It comes preprogrammed, but you can also teach it commands from your existing remotes (32 keys per device). The touchscreen can be reconfigured (your own custom text) and there's also macro functionality (which makes the remote send multiple infra-red commands, by just pressing one button).
