Comfort has released new keypad that incorporate an IR receiver, allowing control of the alarm and home automation tasks via the Philips Pronto touch screen remote.
"Pronto Rocks! controlling Comfort and the Home using Philips Pronto Touchscreen Infrared Remote Controller. It's what we've always wanted, a touchscreen infrared controller which can act as the central user interface for controlling your home automation, camera switching, TV , Video, audio equipment and of course Comfort!

The Philips Pronto has been around for some time, but it's only recently that Comfort has been able to make use of it's fabulous capabilities by the introduction of two new infrared receiver products, the new Comfort Keypad KP02 and the X10 IR543 AH (All housecodes) Infrared receiver.
