Here's a new video tour of a 4,000 square foot, Control4 powered smart home at a golf resort near Dallas. Amongst the goodies on show are fireplaces, ceiling fans and thermostats all remotely controlled from touchscreens, keypads and iPads. About a year ago, I decided to take the home automation plunge and sought out ways to automate my home's lighting, entertainment and HVAC systems.
