Bromsgrove based company, Byron, have won a lucritive contract to supply all 330 stores in the B&Q chain with their new Home Automation products. The "Home Easy" range is made up of over 60 wireless modules and Byron claim an average home can be fully automated from as little as £500. The range will launch across the UK stores from the 17th of September...

These can be PIRs, wall switches or key fob remotes. Range is quoted around 200m-50m, with a wireless booster product available too. We've received this press release on new, soon to be released, EU Z-Wave modules, including this funky looking remote. The UK has been crying out for more Z-Wave products for the last 18 months or so. Lets hope this is the start of them arriving now...
