Recently at Automated Home towers, we got a new 24" iMac for the kitchen.  When it arrived we added the wonderful EyeTV 250 Plus USB analogue and DVB TV tuner box and we were able to take out the huge old CRT telly we had in there.  Elgato have just released v3 of the EyeTV software with a new UI and lots of new features.  DigMo have just published their review of the software...  

As the market to bring digitial video files to your TV hots up, here's another device to join the fray.  The wifi equiped Archos TV+ is also a PVR so it can record up to 100 hours of your TV shows as well as playback media files...

I guess they are struggling for new places to put TVs these days, and here's an unusal one from Aquavision.  The TV is a 17" LCD panel and it's available installed in a range of Towel Rail sizes.  Priced at around £3,000 we imagine it'll be fairly exclusive...
