Another UK TV program this week features home automation in the form of the Comfort system and X10. The program makers had input from Steve Gordon, Kwong Li, Andrew Roberts and Phil Harris. As ever it will be up to the editor as to how much actually ends up on the telly but if you're in a region that's receiving it, it should be worth a look...

Sky Personal Planner

"The much, over promised Personal Planner is said to being added to the SkyGuide EPG software later this month, according to the online website of What Satellite Magazine. The Personal Planner, which is widely thought as the most important missing component of the EPG software, has been showing in screenshots of the SkyGuide EPG ever since the launch of Sky Digital, but for reasons unknown never appeared.

Sky Plus Details Revealed

"An insider at Sky has supplied digiNEWS with information relating to the next generation of Sky Digibox. Originally known as MySky, the new platform will be branded as Sky Plus. This new generation of the SkyDigital hardware is expected to include Dolby Digital support added further to the thoughts that Sky are to start trialing Dolby Digital transmissions this summer.
