I have Powermax wireless system installed in my home in Spain and have trouble with the function. Where can I by a new central and at what price? The old central is about 5 two 8 years but look like the one in your ad. The trouble in getting a pipetone after 5 min as if the net connection should be out of order, regardless of that the control lamp for 230 V is on.

I bought my Powermax alarm in October 2006 and installed it myself. The only thing I got my husband to do was mount the siren box on the front wall of the house. There was no drilling holes thru walls, no lifting of carpets in fact the whole installation was virtually mess free and it takes seconds to enrol each item onto the system. The only difficulty I had was clearing the event log when everything had been enrolled, which they didn't tell you about in the installation instructions. We have a dog and she has full access to all areas of the house when we are out, without activating the alarm. I think it's a great system and would recommend it to anyone. - Pat Kirk
