Philips aree just not good at completing things on the Pronto range - Dont get me wrong, I love my TSU9600 - But waiting 2 years to get the rotary wheel working is very poor! The Sonos system has indexed everything in your music library and as such can find it almost instantly where as the Pronto is going to have to do a standard search.
