but shows it's possible to control the devices (iPhones etc) to some extent externally, which is something we're looking to do (eg: when update to new 'phones, the old ones could be put to use as fixed remotes for the HA - ie: the HA could activate them when 'come into the room - eg: stand the device in a convenient place, lights come-on low-ish when someone enters the room, and the iPod touch or iPhone comes-on just after or when it's approached, ready for manual adjustment &amp; actioning further things, via say an L5 remote add-on for communication with the HA) ...
