Pairot Bridge Brings Apple HomeKit & Amazon Alexa Support to KNX Smart Homes

xxter Pairot KNX Bridge for Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa

The Pairot module from xxter bridges your KNX smart home to Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa. This adds quality voice control from these 2 popular platforms.

With the Pairot you make the KNX installation of every home available for Apple Homekit or Amazon Alexa. The Pairot acts as a bridge and ensures that you can operate the components in house and query the status with an Apple device or the Amazon Echo. This makes it possible, for example, to control the lights or the thermostat via simple voice control. The possibilities you have depends on whether you want to use Apple Homekit or Amazon Alexa.

Works with Apple HomeKit & Amazon Alexa

Which components the Pairot supports depends on whether you want to use HomeKit or Alexa. For Alexa, switching actuators, dimmers, blind actuators and thermostats are currently supported. For HomeKit, switches (such as a probe) can also be operated and you can use temperature, light intensity and humidity. In HomeKit you can use presence and motion sensors, just like switches, via an automation to control scenes or other components. At the request of Apple, a maximum of 99 components can be linked to one Pairot and the Pairot can only be used in homes.

The Pairot Bridge is available now. Contact xxter on the link below for more details.
