Thank you. This will help fill in a lot of the gaps in my knowledge about this excellent system.

HenGus, have you managed to get onto this yet? I signed up at the weekend but I have just checked and it is coming up as Your membership account has not been activated yet. (I did sign up as a home owner.)

Doh, just reregistered using a different email and realised that the activation email came back straight away but was in my spam folder. (I normally check my spam folder so not sure if it was filtered out or if I just missed it.)

Good online training. Though, it's not that hard to setup.

Guess the only thing I learned was that my system doesn't have an automatic bypass valve in it. It still has a main hallway radiator with no TRV on it.

This online training package is great and builds upon the coverage in the installation and user manuals
No substitute for hand on with the product and best used in conjunction with an actual evohome controllers and devices.

A lot of the 'instructions' are on the evohome controller itself, the key is knowing what system you want to create before you start pressing buttons.
