Best Z-Wave remote

I've been debating for a while which all-in-one remote to get, and I have been thinking that since the Harmony 895 is the only Harmony remote with Z-Wave that I'd get that one, but I was wondering if that's really the best z-wave remote, or whether I should get a different one.

I would also be open to options which require an IR/RF -> Z-Wave converter, coupled with a Harmony One or Harmony 900, but I don't know of any converter device, especially one that does Europe Z-Wave frequencies.

Also, I do not believe there are any simple options for IR to RF conversion.
