hey guys, i joined this forum because a post had exactly the information i was looking for.
is this still valid for this day and age. i was simply going to daisy chain from the master socket to the pins of 4 ports in my patch panel. then i was going to simply patch these to the ports going over a structured cabling system to the rooms. at the room i would use an rj45 to lju (master socket) adapter to connect to the telecoms device / phone.
i jus want to know if this is sound advice. (dont worry i know not to patch these to a switch as it would be a bad mistake and i already have the different coloured patch leads to avoid confusion )
