Powermax Plus -gone strange :(

Yesterday morning I could not disarm my Powermax Plus thats been in-place for the last 6 years.

I unset it by the keypad fine.

I then tried to set it and neither of our remotes work. I ran diagnostics and none of the remote sensors we working

I've reset the unit to factory and reprogrammed one sensor and when checking it in diagnostics I get Poor signal. This wireless sensors is 2 feet from the unit!

Any ideas?

Nothing in the house has changed.

Try changing the batteries in the remote.

Thanks tried that but both remote don't work and neither do any of the sensors.

I've ordered another panel as obviously after 8 years this one is knackered. Of its something else I'll have a spare for when we move.

Try clearing the event log.
