Remote control of hot water immersion heaters

I am looking to control two hot water immersion heaters, one attached to the peak supply and one to the off-speak supply on an Economy 7 meter. It is a holiday house (and let out), so the main objective is to be able to turn the hot water on an off from a smart phone over the internet, but this also means it has to be a simple, low maintenance system.

I have been looking at the Insteon load controller (http://www.insteon.com/2477SA1-load-controller-NO.html) but I can't find anyone in the UK selling it, so I am guessing there is not a UK version (I understand they operate on a different frequency to the US version). Is this right?

What other brands should I be looking at? The tried Owl but they don't have anything that switches a load at this current.

Any pointers would be very much appreciated!

Just following up with a bit more research - and some more questions!

I see that LightwaveRF have a 3000W relay, which is just enough (http://www.megamanuk.com/lightwaverf...ing/jsjslw830/). Is the LightwaveRF app any good?

I have also found a 16A Lutron relay (http://www.savi-store.co.uk/product/...k-relay-module) but it's part of the Tripak range and I can't figure out whether that means it is controllable over the internet of not.

Use an additional contactor for each immersion and you can then fit which ever controller you prefer as it now does not switch the load directly.

Have you thought about control via GSM (mobile phone)?

This is an example of a two-way relay switch that is controlled via SMS msg. (http://www.gsm-activate.co.uk/index....&product_id=53)

You can use a PAYG sim, and if you use it at least once every 3 months, a small amount of credit will last for years!

Cleverly designed device that does not cost too much and is cheap to run. I have passed this information to few of my friends.
