Important notice - please ensure App is latest version (3.1.0) for Honeywell TCC

    Dear All

We are now migrating users to the newer server platforms - to ensure continuity of service please ensure the app is updated to latest version. We are decommissioning later on in the month, so users that have not updated may experience a break in service. An email should be going out to this effect to all user accounts.

Most people have auto-update enabled - so many people on this forum this will not be an issue.

The newer platform allows for future product improvements and security enhancements.

    Thanks

PS If it does ask for login details again after the upgrade - we apologize in advance.

    Thanks Rameses.

Will this new platform make the app any faster?

The app has had further optimizations. The platforms is also better on many levels. But this is subjective and dependent upon users communication layer to these levels.

It should certainly not be worse.

        Thanks Rameses.

It can feel sluggish, just tried and had around 7 seconds of 'loading' spinny wheel on launch for example (iPhone 6+, 70meg WiFi).

First world problems and all that

Understood. Iphone 6, Home fibre wireless, I get 5 secs from launch to home screen (with zones) (I have full product, no production servers, no test flight or beta apps)

Refresh (ie selecting another location) 2-3 secs

But . . . . I did perform a full iphone reboot today (NOT because of app - but because of something else.)

Just checked and it took 5 seconds for me. Also checked download speed and it is 11.86mbs but I am sitting in the garden connected via a wifi extender.
