Default Temperature difference to start fan

When our tumble dryer is on (condenser dryer), the temperature in the utility room increases by several degrees, and the humidity decreases. I need to create an object in Cortex that represents the tumble dryer and that, if true, will switch on the fan.

I also have a temperature and humidity sensor in the kitchen, so I suspect a good way to do this would be that if the temperature in the utility room is more than 2 degrees higher than that in the kitchen, then it's true and I can use that to switch on the fan.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks

There is a specific 'Fan Control' object that may suite your needs.
Specifically it can operate the fan based upon how the Humidity is changing, comparing two humidity sensors, or Dewpoint.
Also it can be made to work only at certain times of day to prevent noise at night.

Thanks Chris - I hadn't realised it is part of a relay object, but have it now.
