Hi all.
I've installed a Honeywell EvoHome system, on my Y-Plan HTG/DHW system.
I followed the wiring diagram on pg 47 of the installation guide, for a Y-Plan system.
One thing I noted was that my Honeywell 3-port valve had an extra brown wire (i.e. has 6 wires instead of the 5 shown in the wiring diagram).
I assumed I had a Honeywell V4073A, but looking at the valve it has "Honeywell F3-9519" printed on the side, although in all other respects it looks identical to a V4073A - so I assume it's just an earlier model (i.e. has A and B and A+B labelled ports, and a slider for auto/manual set to Auto).
Anyone know what the brown wire is for? It was in use with the old controller mechanism (and the white wire was unused) - just trying to make sure that I've wired things up correctly.
Can't find any details on an F3-9519 valve online. Could be that the number is not the model number.
Thanks in advance!
