Mains Low fault log message

Hi All, I've received the following message in the fault log, "Mains Low" and it appears that the unit reporting the fault is "00". Has anyone seen this before and know the meaning and cause?

Yes I get this from to time. The panel is a poor fit in the wall plate and needs pushing and shoving and wiggling at times to ensure it makes contact. If I have not done it right I get that message. I tend to leave the panel alone for that reason and use the app.
