Home cinema lighting

Hi,

I'm turning my loft into a mini home cinema and I'm planning to put spots in the ceiling. If like to be able to use my phone / iPad to control / dim the lights.

Do you have any recommendations for hardware and how difficult are these units to install?

LightwaveRF? The dimmer switch just replaces a normal light switch and is a DIY job. (you would need compatible dimmable bulbs). If you buy the Wifi link then you can also have full control from your phone/tablet including setting timers. If you didn't want to buy the Wifi link then you can get a handheld remote to control them.
