App login frequency

I have Evohome installed just over a week

The app is installed on a Huawei 2017 P8 Lite (Android 7) - it has prompted for a login 5 times

also installed on an Ipad 3 (IOS 9) - never had to login again

both devices have been used frequently

Go to settings and clear the cached data and start again.

See if that helps. Have you another Android device to try it on? All my Samsung units on Android 7 are fine.

Don't trust SWMBO to have it installed on her Crapple.

Often times after an app update it forgets your credentials too though.

I did try what you suggested (thaks) but the problem persisted. I raiased a ticket with Honeywell:

"I checked with our technical department and they confirmed that there is an issue at which they are working to fix it as soon as possible.
We are sorry for any inconvenience created by this."
