Evohome & BDR91 issue

    Either the BDR91 isn't opening/closing properly. Or the boiler logic that looks for the open/close has failed. Or there's a dodgy connection at one end of the wire connecting the two (or the wiring centre (posh name for junction box) between the two, if you have one).

    My hunch is that a dodgy connection is the most probable. Has anyone moved anything in the general vicinity of the BDR91 or boiler wiring centre or boiler itself recently that might have nudged the cable connecting them?

      Nothing moved at all - in fact its in a locked cupboard away from the kids so unless the wife has been faffing, which is unlikely as she struggles to negotiate Sky!...

      Cant see any junction boxes, looks like 2 wires come from the BDR into the front of the boiler somewhere

        New BDR91 Fitted and tested, no change - so the issue is clearly after that
