The varied and exciting CEDIA education programme has been designed to give invaluable insight, across multiple tracks; with a wealth of new courses targeted at technicians, project managers and business owners alike. For those running their own business, courses such as Developing Business Operating Systems will give an overview into the organisational and procedural systems necessary to work efficiently, whilst Developing Marketing Strategies will highlight the essential marketing tools required to differentiate and grow their firms within an increasingly competitive environment.
Those looking to improve their project management skills should take a look at Project Cost Management to find out about the fundamental financial skills required to complete projects and maximise profitability. Successful ventures into the MDU market depend on a careful balance of sales, manpower, scheduling and financial wizardry, something which is explored in the Managing MDU Projects course, whilst the interactive Project Management Forum takes the education track for a project manager in an all-together different, but valuable direction. With games outselling music and films combined in the high street, gaming is big business; Designing Integrated Gaming Rooms shows how, when properly integrated, a games room can help keep you, quite literally, ahead of the game. Whilst, iPhones, iPads and Tablets will be an open forum to discuss the impact of these emerging devices and there will be additional round-table discussions on topics such as Distributing HDMI, 3D TV and Cloud Media and Content Aggregation.
