The news that HomeTech have once again “postponed” their London show arrived this week. Giving just 12 days notice HomeTech have made themselves few friends in the HA industry. Lots of people (like myself) have non-refundable plane, train, hotel bookings and are rightly very annoyed! HomeTech are now talking of a THIRD attempt to hold this show later in the year. I wonder how many people will believe the third show will really go ahead when the time comes and book time and tickets to visit? Copy of HomeTechs release below…
“It is with regret that due to unforeseen circumstances we announce the postponement of HomeTech 2001, scheduled originally for May 2nd & 3rd at London’s Olympia. We are now planning to run this event in the Autumn and we will of course contact you to let you know exactly when. In addition you’ll be able to get updates from our website which will remain open in the meantime. In the meantime thank you for your interest and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
