Hi Paul. Apologies for the outreach but I think you have a lot of knowledge of evohome and I need some help given it is very cold this morning and I have no heating
I have had a fully working evohome system working perfectly for over 5 years. The system includes 5 UFH zones, 4 radiator zones and a hot water component for an unvented cylinder. However, I woke up this morning to both BDR91s (one each for the hot water and heating) and the UFH controller flashing red with connection errors.

I have tried the standard rebinding method of holding down the button on the BDR91 for fifteen seconds to clear the binding and then settting it into binding mode by holding again for 5 seconds until the red lights flash at a different cadence and then setting the Evohome controller to bind mode but it is not picking anything up after multiple attempts.

Any ideas on what I can do and why they would have all unbinded overnight?

I now have no heating or hot water and a very unhappy family.

Paul, wasn't intending to be "spammy" or hide who I am.

Hi, I noted your comment that I could adjust the eco mode I.e. not fixed to 3 degrees. I could not find this function, I could only adjust the other quick actions not this one. Just wondering how you managed to do this. Thanks! Andy
