Honeywell Home THR842DEU DT2R Thermostat,

Can someone please tell me is this Thermostat compatible with Evohome

No I do not believe it is compatible with Evohome, I just think it is a standard wireless thermostat.

Are you looking for a specific type of wall thermostat which is compatible with Evohome? There are some non-digital Honeywell wireless wall thermostats e.g the HCW80 and also an 'offset' version HCF82 which are also compatible, but I think these may have been discontinued and only available secondhand. However, there are many users that prefer their simplicity.

Thanks for that not looking for a specific type just wondering were there any alternatives to DT92E or Yrf Round still digital but maybe a little less expensive I Thought I saw one posted here but cant find it now

Unfortunately the DTS92 is the cheapest option. The HCW80 and HCF82 are more expensive despite lacking a screen! (At least they were when you could buy them if they have in fact been discontinued)

I picked up a Center 340009 on eBay, which is a cheaper alternative. https://www.wolseley.co.uk/product/c...om-thermostat/

Also known as EHE0200364. There's a new one on the bay for £40.
