    Total Connect - Loss of Communication

    From about 6pm this evening, I have been getting a series of communication lost followed by communication restored messages. Each message is coming through twice with the same time code. It's not a wifi problem as we have been on IPads etc. Anyone else getting similar messages?

    Yes...

    From 19:26 to 21:28 eleven instances of lost system communication, immediately followed by communication restored.

    Again not a wifi or WLAN problem.

      Same here - Its a Honeywell problem, shame they don't update customers with a post, email, etc?

            I agree with BasilUK; hopefully someone from Honeywell will advise us what happened.

            I wonder what effect these interruptions in communication would have if one had a Honeywell security system installed ?

              Same for me, API calls went down mid afternoon yesterday and the notification email. Same thing has happened this afternoon too. Service status checker on the website showed no issues.

                It's started again - 4 incidents since 14:56 BST, and once yesterday just before 23:00.

                Is anyone else having the same issues again?

                            Happened to me earlier this eveing ar 20:46 with a reconnect at 20:49.
