As above, try a reset first but if it still fails to work correctly after doing so then Honeywell are indeed correct in advising you to deal with the supplier who sold it to you.

I have setup a quick bodge using a SmartThings virtual on/off switch to trigger a handful of IFTTT recipes, which turn off 4 zones on my Evohome if we go bed before the scheduled 'off'...
I don't think there is a way as I had the same issue.
However I have learnt to live with it, and set it to night mode 24/7 which helps.
Also, you don't need to have WiFi turned on with the Honeywell unit to use it and pair it to trv's.
I do see that the controller is right next to the boiler rather than the recommended 30cm away...
