    I use two micromodules. Switches, not dimmers, and they do not need momentary switches. Simply use a normal on/off switch and this will work find. Don't know about dimmer though....

    Nop, Z-wave works on 908.42MHz in the US and 868.42MHz in the rest of the world (see www.zen-sys.com). Beside that, Z-wave *probably* has his own type of signals.
