It's always worth checking that it's not caused by a dry joint if you are able.
I've just taken a look and mine has been updated even though I was not part of the beta trial.
I had such a ghostly apparition last night when I found a zone still operational after all the rads were supposed to be off. It does happen occasionally but not for a few months here. Chris
This is an interesting issue and discussion from my perspective. I've been an Evohome user since it was originally launched in b/w form to industry rather than consumers. Like DBMandrake I have an...
I have separate sensors is most rooms and they are all on the opposite wall to that of the radiator to create an even and accurate temperature over the whole room. They are generally sitting on...
Thanks, looks like I'm on my own then!
Ah, an objective fact at last!
In the zone I have problems with, I use three actuators. In another zone, the hall, I only have two actuators and that has maintained its blocked status for a couple...
This has occurred every morning for the last few days consistently so I can now assume it's a real bug. I have no intention of rebooting the controller, reconfiguring the zone or anything that...
This has been reported by at least one user before, though I can't find any further discussion on the forum.

Weird. The upstairs zone in question is a large bedroom and dressing room and has three actuators. The temperature is set to 17 degrees between 06:00 and 22:00 and 5 degrees for the rest of the...
When I set Disable Local Override using the controller, in zones where I have multiple actuators (2 or 3) it reverts to Enabled at some time in the following hours. The Window Open Disable command...
Exactly the same here. I had my Worcester Bosch fitted 7 years ago and, Richard, the plumber who fitted it ws here this morning doing the annual maintenance on the boiler. He's in his 50s and has...
Possible interference from new SMETS2 dual-band communications hub operating on 868MHz.

Though, it should be OK.......
I am sad to read these followup comments to my original post. I'm an angel investor, board member and mentor to high tech start-ups and have had 45 years in technology businesses. I would think that...
I forgot about that! Whether that is a positive or a negative change I cannot say. That was 18 months ago however and it should be positive step. However, my experience is that this is not always the...
I first started experimenting with smart TRVs back in 2012 when I trialled Chalmor’s eTRV and found I could reduce my gas bill by 25%. I was quite shocked at the time and was so pleased. Indeed...
Isn't that just as bad if it did this? Your living room temperature would then drop and it would become cold? You can't have your cake and eat it!
This sounds like normal activity to me so I'm not sure why you are concerned. I currently have all my ground floor room temperatures set to 21 degrees. Once it has achieved that temperature in the...
No idea I'm afraid. Could be a but a grit in the gears but unlikely?
Easy peasy. I did this several times with success a few years ago before I upgraded my actuators.
Take a look at this YouTube video - think it's the right one.

WhatDBmandrake says is spot on from a function point of view. Once my house is up to temperature (21 degrees) and things have stabilized then the flow temperature often drops to just 40 degrees...
The controller has reverted to 'Enabled' even though the HR92 still says that the window open is 'Off'. Weird. Time to move on...
Now that is interesting! I changed the Window Open option to off [0] on the actuator a couple of days ago. I just checked today that the actuator still says it is off, but the controller still says...
I'll do that tomorrow.
