They have updated the firmware to 02.00.19.33, it shows Cold Weather Boost is disabled.

I have deleted the zone and recreated it and will see what happens.
The radiator valve has been working as expected for several months, so I think it was installed correctly.
I couldn't see an icon against the zone. How does cold weather boost get set/unset?
