Why does it always happen in autumn/winter too. Why not do the maintenance in summer. It’s never a quick fix either. Always up and down for a few days at least.

2 more loss of communication emails again today. None for weeks. It’s their end because login screen doesn’t even come up on app saying failed to get account info.

Right. Getting sick of this now. Every day it loses communication. Even if for a short time. Nothing wrong with my system so must be the servers all the time. I would not notice if I didn’t get the...

On twitter looks like a few people’s systems went down at various times. Dunno what they are playing at and why different times. Maybe there are various servers for different locations.

Off again for half an hour around 11 last night according to my email.

My heating system has lost communication at 7am again according to an email. Internet seems ok. :-(
