In the last couple of hours I have had two notifications that attempts to remotely implement a change to different zones failed.

This is after the server seems to be off-line for over three hours...

However at 78 years of age, living by myself, and with no IT support, sadly struggling with 3rd party add-ons is beyond me.

By this I mean setting the time when the new target temperature will start, as well as...

My understanding is that Resideo is a publicly traded, standalone company. By virtue of a long-term licensing agreement, Resideo markets products using the Honeywell brand name.
