Hmm I want to just control every zone manually.
When I set temperature and then ‘permanent’ does that last forever or until the next set point?
Hi all,
Couple of quick questions
1) What is this weird blank item that shows a 62 degree temperature? I set it up for heat only and water is disabled. How can I delete it?

I could code something on a pi, or my NAS to keep them in sync I guess. I wonder how to handle...
Do these things have an API? I’m a embedded software engineer so coding something isn’t a problem.
I hadn’t thought of that though, I could sync the bathroom rad on evohome and another...
That’s a good idea :). Might do that.
I think my main aims are:
1) be able to control the UFH from evohome.
2) be able to see somehow from the stat if evohome has turned it on or off
3) be...
Ok, I think you misunderstood what I meant. Shorting the probe could only ever turn it off (it’s a passive probe).
This thermostat had no air sensor on it.
Another option is to replace it with...
Hmm ok so these thermostats I have only have power in, power out (to the electric mat) and a sensor.
I assume higher temperature means lower resistance in the sensor. Maybe shorting the sensor...
I managed to find it in a pack with a thermostat, this might end up looking ugly though. Maybe I can find a better underfloor thermostat with some kind of call for heat/cut off external input...
Oh and regarding the 5a limit I have yet to check, but even if I need to add a contractor or another relay I could bury it in the back box behind where I put the bdr91 I guess.
Thanks for the reply.
Basically they are in the same room, so they both need to be on when it’s too cold and both off when it’s too hot. I understand they will both have different heat up and...
Hi all,
So I am about to install evohome upstairs in my home to all radiators. Also on the towel rails in the bathrooms.
I also have electric underfloor in each bathroom and was planning to...
Hello,
What’s the mystery blank item in the evohome app? I’m guessing it’s the BDR91, but why doesn’t it have a name and why is it even shown there?
On a side note I have the current setup.
Heatmiser thermostats for underfloor downstairs, separate Honeywell timer for hw upstairs, and a heatmiser thermostat for all heating upstairs in the...
Is that the same as the y87rf thermostat? I can’t find that exact code.
Great advice guys. Is there a small remote sensor available that doesn’t look ugly?
For my Heatmiser downstairs there’s really small square ones not much larger than a 50p coin that I stick in...
Hi all,
Any idea how these measure the temperature effectively being right next to the radiator?
I noticed there is an elongated oval hole on the opposite side to the screen/buttons - I’m...
It’s not worth it because the ribbon likely isn’t long enough even if the plastic clips inside that hold it could be fudged to switch the lcd.
The EU version is available in the UK in a few places...
I got it latest that day and also now on the beta :)
I assume I use the total connect comfort intl app? What’s the Honeywell home for?
Nothing here. Maybe because I haven’t added all the zones yet may not have accepted the beta :p
Hello all,
Just about to install my evo home and noticed the firmware is pretty old
02.00.11.21 and Wi-fi 02.00.17.00
Is there a way to force the update?
Resolved. The THR092HRT is the German product code and is identical to the product HR92WE - upside down display and Honeywell logo.
On a side note what batteries are people using for these? They...
Hello All,
I’m trying to get hold of some HR92WE or HR92EE which are the same as the Uk ones but with the upside down display. My towel rails have the TRVs at the bottom upside down so the normal...
