I have noticed that the iPhone app sometimes reports something like "unable to access schedule" - "fixed" by closing and restarting the app.
Yes, I fixed the worst offender by gently reforming the contacts, and I suspect I need to do the same to others. I didn't mention that before as I wasn't sure it was a good idea to suggest that as a...
I'm a bit late to this - I've had similar issues in the past with a couple of zones, but only every now and then.
Last time it happened, I went to look at the HR92 and saw the screen go blank and...
Does anyone know where to get parts at the moment? I've been trying to source a system for someone, but everywhere seems to be out of stock, with one site reporting "Due to manufacturing issues...
I use to use it a lot in the spring in autumn to basically switch the heating "off", but allow it to come on if zones get too low. The ability to raise the set point was useful if the rooms didn't...
That contradicts what Resideo support told me a few days ago in response to the defect report I submitted to them last year:
I also get a second email attempting to get me to close the issue...
I've just reactivated Eco mode and the behaviour is exactly the same as it was before - app overrides are reduced by the Eco setting and the DTS92 is unusable.
I'll get back to support and refer...
I have just received the following from Resideo support:
I'm not exactly sure what that means as the EvoTouch version number is still 02.00.19.33
I have received the following from Resideo support:
I'll update when I get anything else.
My Evotouch was installed in June 2016. Prior to 24th Feb this year it was on version 02.00.17.03 and that supported Eco mode; it allowed an override to be set (Eco mode active), and that override...
But that's not how it has been for the past 5 years! This has only started since my Evotouch was updated to 02.00.19.33.
After further testing I have found that setting an override 3°C above the...
My Evotouch is running 02.00.19.33 and I have recently switched it to "Eco" mode as I normally do at this time of year.
This is correctly reducing the setpoints of the zones by 3°C. This sometimes...
Ah, I was wondering where the version information was hidden away!
Looks like that may be part of the problem - version is shown as 02.00.17.03.
I'll get in touch and ask for an update to be...
Thanks.
Do you know if there a list of the versions somewhere? Does the system update automatically, or does it have to be done manually?
Another strange one.
The heating for one of my zones did not come on at the scheduled time. Looking at the controller, the clock was more than 40 minutes slow (it was set to automatically update)....
It's still not working, even though it's supposed to be fixed.
Controller is working and shows correct temperatures and overrides.
The app shows the correct temperatures, but does not have the...
Anyone else noticing random changes to zone settings?
The one for my office has just set itself to the wrong setting for this time of day (13, should be at 21). The app does not indicate that a...
I agree with that! This appears to be "hacking with the live server to make it work" rather than a controlled development process deloying updated software that has been properly tested in a test...
