I just connected the opentherm bridge, set up the controller to opentherm and let it do what it wanted,...
We have an opentherm controlled boiler and the optimisation works quite well.
The boiler output seems to be dependent on what the room temp is and I assume how long the system thinks it will take to...
The ghost room does not control anything, that is what I was told. So if you have it, it is not going to do anything but just annoy you.
Just info for the op so they know to email and support will remove it without you having to delete anything.
I had it twice and both times it was removed within a day of me emailing them my...
You need to email to the support department about the ghost zone. They will ask for info from your controller and remove it
Are you sure it is not the frost protection working. I know someone has said that if you turn it to off, frost protection is disabled but the instructions state that it will still work if the heating...
It works on mine, I turned it off and it always is off.

The user guide states that if you turn the HR92 to off it will stay off.
As stated maybe check the batteries, when they are close to dying, my HR92’s tend to go to override at 20c until I...
Looking at my controller, that room is set to 5c and set to permanent and the HR92 always reads off.
Have you set the room to be permanently at 5c on the controller.
I have the one in my spare room set to off, I just turned until it said off and that is where it has stayed.
I don’t believe I did anything on the controller to ensure it stayed in the off position....
Thanks, think I have sorted it now.
I just removed the room/zone and then set it up again.
They all seem to work, just need to see if the radiator stays hot until the DTS91E is reading the...
Hi, Just got a DTS92E for my evohome system to help control the dining room temperature.
Just now I only have HR92 rad valves fitted in every room along with the main controller in the living room...
Cheers, bought a DST92E and will see how it goes before buying more for the other rooms
Just curious if there is any difference between them apart from the DT92E coming with the relay.
Looking for thermostats for other rooms in my house to connect to my evohome system.
I currently just have the main controller and HR92's on each radiator.
I do not need another BDR91 relay box,...
Mine are about 4 to 5 year old and are all firmware 1.01
Glad ypu got it sorted
Cheers
Forgot all about that website.
Still not sure if you can remove it yourself, sorry
No idea
When I called them they told me they had to do a reset at their end and thet removed it the same day.
No idea what website you are on about sorry
Hi
I have had this and was told it was a ghost zone.
You need to call customer support and they will remove it.
They will send you an email and ask you to reply to the email with a picture of...
You can turn off the optimum stop smart function and leave the start one on.
That is all I can see you can do unless they change it so you can select seperate rooms for optimum start/stop like with...
I believe that part of the smart functions is to try and get rooms to the set temperature at the time you have set the on switch point, so the heating will come on earlier to do that, and to turn off...
No I do not believe it is compatible with Evohome, I just think it is a standard wireless thermostat.
This is the honeywell page for it.
