So downstairs rads no problem - new Evohome controller and I'm good to go - add in RFG100 and can use iPad/ phone as well if required

Upstairs UFH not so easy - SZT + BDR ( wired to zone...

North of the UFH valve is what looks like a standard CH pump and then the blending manifold. The only wiring is to the pump nothing to the manifold.
