Hi planteric,
The reversing “telemetry configuration” was a firmware change (rollback) on the evotouch controller. That’s not something applicable unless Honeywell tech support have put your...
+1 - Also happening to me since at least late last night when I noticed iOS apps changes were not being honoured. That said, I have an override iPhone icon on the zones in question with no ability to...
Useful info actually @DBMandrake as I'm up against the 12 zone limit.
The HR90 instruction PDF (US version so temps in F) is located here for anyone wishing to take a look:

This was also brought up in a new post a few weeks back:

I looked through the...
To be fair, the radiator point I was making is part of my own longer term strategy towards a heat pump based heat source due to not being satisfied with gas/fossil fuel usage, and will be taking...
Hi,
I would from experience, and with owning a Viessmann Vitodens 111-W storage Combi (with radiators sized for ~75 degrees at peak heating load), avoid the Viessmann 1xx range for 3 reasons:

This would open up the possibility for Viessmann boilers to be controlled as per the native Viessmann OT controller (and as that manufacturer at least appears to have designed their side of the...
DBMandrake is right - the explanation of the HR92 adaptation over time (when to shut down) vs Evotouch controller optimisation (on/off timing) is accurate.
This is the same explanation of the...
Well would you believe it. Just had this issue, and after checking the forum for this issue this thread came up and pointed me to the auto channel issue.
Sure enough, the new Virgin Media device...
Indeed. If only Viessmann would admit a problem and do the same....

I see this from time to time using the TCC App, just not reported it.
It’s annoying, as trust of the system doing as it is expected erodes with this kind of thing.
Thanks for testing so we didn’t have to!! Good to see it works, and for failsafe purposes what you’ve described seems to be perfectly adequate.
Hi Rameses,
I assume when you wrote the ..”BDRs throttle to 21 degrees...” you meant HR92’s?
Also, good to see the TCC app issues resolved now.
Stephen
I’ve just had the following from Honeywell.
Could I get some feedback from people who have reported issues as well as myself as to whether the problem has been resolved?
I’m still having...
I’ve just had this from Honeywell support as a first update to the case I logged earlier in the week:
“Dear Stephen,
Thank you for the information sent and for your patience.
Please note...
I’m afraid to report the same symptoms still exist for me as of 18:15 today, so not yet fixed (for all of us anyway).
Same issues still exist for me for your info.
This is logged under case ID: 15381021
Thanks Rameses.
I’ve logged a case, but am still awaiting a case ID.
I’ll call Honeywell today to report the issue now I can see it’s clearly their side.
Suggest others do the same to get some pressure put on this if you can and rely on or use the app.
Right, so probably not iOS 11 beta related at all then...strange. Must be a Honeywell backend issue then if it’s affecting both platforms (Android and iOS)
OK, so looks to be wider than I thought.
Who is on iOS 11 beta, and who is on iOS 10?
I haven’t logged a case with honeywell as I’m on ios11 beta.
Hi,
Is anyone else having issues with the iOS TCC app over the past week or so?
Issues I’m seeing intermittently:
Takes a long time to log in “processing”
System unavailable when trying to...
But boilers (slave) don’t have to set the max ch flow temp according to the OpenTherm spec either!!
When both sides (master and slave) components of the control system are designed to set no...
It seems to me that neither the boiler (slave), or controller (master) have this as mandatory to be able to set max ch flow temp.
That’s a recipe for disaster (reality in this case).
Leading...
Indeed - it was finding this out that made me realise that actually it wasn't just Viessmann locking you in to their controller, but that Nest, as you've found have the ability to control this when...
