Are US Z-Wave modules compatible with UK ones?

Due to the severe lack of UK spec Z-wave gear, I'm wondering if the US wall switches etc. will work over here in the UK with the UK modules?

No they are not, if I remember correctly they work on a different frequency. Besides all that, they are 120v not 240v and they have different plugs.

Sucks that the UK market is so poor
