Default Vaillant Turbomax 28 no hot water after being serviced today

    Hi,

My Vaillant Turbomax 28 just received a service and now there is no hot water, heating works fine now.

The boiler engineer has come back, looked at it and said he would come back Monday. He undid the valve that regulats the waterflow to radiator/hot water and that is working.

Bit miffed as it is weekend and we can;t take a hot shower.

Any tips how to rectify this myself?

    Thanks

I'm not quite sure I follow you:

Does it just need a bit of time to warm up?

If it's not that, do you have a hot water tank in the airing cupboard?
Quickest way for hot water, if you can't wait for Monday, is to turn on the immersion heater. Leave it a good half-hour to warm up before showering :-)

    HTH,

    Tim.
