    Ideal Mexico Super RS30/40 & 40/60

    Hello there,

This is my first post on this forum.

I'm about to move house and the boiler they have there is Ideal Mexico Super RS30/40 & 40/60. I've never heard of this and I haven't been able to find anything on the net about it. Would any of you know anything about it so that I will be enlightened? The boiler is actually in the understairs cupboard in the hallway - it is a free standing one.

Any info will be greatly welcomed.

    Kind regards,
    Paul

    Here we go,
    Ideal Boilers Ltd
    PO Box 103
    National Avenue
    Kingston Upon Hull
    East Yorkshire
    UK, HU5 4JN
    Tel: 01482 492251
We believe home is where the heat is which is why Ideal Heating are the leading UK manufacturer of combi, system and heat only boilers.

From what I have been able to find the boiler, was possibly manufactured early 2000, though it could still be in production. Has an efficiency band rating of F so not very efficient, its in the 70% - 74% range. Some of Ideal's newer boilers are much more efficient.
Have a look on www.sedbuk.com this give the efficiency of most boilers.
    Hope this helps.
