    worcester boiler 15/24SBi

Help me please this is doing my head in,
The house has no room thermostat, but individual radiator themostats which seems ok. It has a Twin Channel Digital Programmer fitted. But it seems to start the Central Heating when the timer is not calling for it. Theres no Demand symbol "light bulb" and no "1" or "2" symbols either. only the Digital clock. The Dial on the front is set at 50%. But the heating still comes on. It can come on in the middle of the night or mid day. I've had to really simplify the time periods to in the morning and evening to try to crack this. All the unused time periods are set to 00:00. But it still does it, theres no exact time when it comes on.
I've got a good working knowledge of heating systems but this one has me beat.
Could it be that there is a link that hasn't been removed or timer fault?
