Potterton Ultra 2

I have a potterton ultra 2 boiler which has been running fine. I had to turn the gas off at the meter to fit a new cooker and since turning back on the boiler now fires up but keeps clicking and the flame light goes on and off, eventually this stops and the boiler runs. Should I have done something else? Do you have to bleed them through? this is all new to me! I do not have a manual either. :?
