    Mini Timer clock problems

I am running my X10 set up from a Let's Automate (Marmitek) Mini Timer (MT10U). For some reason the timer's clock seems to run fast (up to 5 mins/day gain sometimes). Doesn't do a lot for automation as I have to keep resetting every few days. Anyone had this problem?

I have had a similar problem. But believe its due to temperature fluctuations, as for about 3 hours a day the clock was covered in bright sunlight, and got quite warm. Moved the clock and it gains about 1 min a month now.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
